Dedication Celebration Weekend
We are excited to extend a warm invitation to all of you for a momentous occasion in the history of our fraternity – the dedication celebration of our new house. It is with great pride and joy that we invite you to join us the weekend of April 19th & 20th, 2024 as we officially dedicate and celebrate our brand new 100-year chapter house. Your presence at this event will mean the world to us, as we commemorate this significant milestone in the life of our beloved fraternity.
The dedication celebration promises to be a memorable evening filled with camaraderie, nostalgia, and the chance to create lasting memories with your fellow brothers. We look forward to seeing familiar faces and sharing the excitement of our new home with all of you. Your unwavering support has made this dream a reality, and we can’t wait to show you the beautiful space that we will now call our own. Thank you for being a part of this journey with us. Together, let’s mark the beginning of a new era for the North Dakota Delta Upsilon fraternity.

Registration to attend the once-in-a-lifetime Dedication Celebration of the new home of Delta Upsilon Fraternity on the campus of the University of North Dakota is SOLD OUT!
All alumni and guests of alumni, undergraduate members and their guests, along with friends and special guests are welcome to participate in an exciting weekend in Grand Forks on April 19-20, 2024. As we gather for the dedication of our new “100 Year” house there will be an opportunity to renew friendships, to meet brothers from other eras, and to interact with the current members of the fraternity.
As you register you and your guest, feel free to select from the optional organized and informal activities on Friday including “song practice” as we prepare for the dedication ceremony.
On Saturday, April 20, beginning at 10am, the dedication and ribbon cutting along with house tours will be the highlight of the weekend. We will close out the weekend festivities with a gala social hour, banquet dinner, and dance at the elegant Cloud 9 Events Center in downtown Grand Forks. Banquet seating is limited to the first 300 registrants.

Campus Parking Information
FRIDAY Parking Options Near 421 Princeton Street
- The small parking lot immediately north of the chapter house may be used for short-term parking. On Saturday, this lot will be reserved for handicapped and special guest parking.
- On-street parking on the east side of Princeton Street between University Avenue and 6th Avenue
- The parking lot across from the Wellness Center
- Ralph Engelstad Arena parking lots
- After 4pm on Friday and all-day Saturday, the College of Nursing parking lot.
- Do not park in the lot immediately north of 505 Princeton. That lot is UND Student parking only. Anyone without a valid permit who parks in that lot will be ticketed.
SATURDAY Parking Options (Map Below)
- CENEX Lot at Engelstad Arena – A continuous shuttle bus will run beginning at 8:30am and ending at 3:00pm from the CENEX Lot at the southwest corner of the Engelstad Arena parking lots at the corner of Oxford St. and 6th Ave, to 421 Princeton and back again.
- On-street parking on the east side of Princeton Street between University Avenue and 6th Avenue

**Note for guests who are staying at The Olive Ann Hotel. The hotel will be running a shuttle from The Olive Ann to 421 Princeton on Saturday morning and returning to the hotel in the afternoon. When you check into the hotel you can sign up for either the 8:45am or 9:15am shuttle to 421 Princeton and either the 1:30pm or 2:15pm shuttle to return to the hotel.

Blocks of hotel rooms are NOW available at two hotels so that you can make reservations and ensure you have a room at the lowest room rates.
NOTE: The Alerus Center has booked a Kane Brown, Tyler Hubbard & Parmalee concert the evening of April 20. Hotel rooms in Grand Forks may be at a premium on the 19th and 20th so we urge you to book your hotel rooms now!

The Olive Ann is connected directly next door to the Cloud 9 Events Center where the gala dedication banquet will be held on Saturday, April 20. Parking will be available in The Grand Forks Parking ramp for all guests to easily access the skywalk and arrive at either destination. Complimentary valet parking will also be available to hotel guests upon arrival.
Special Rates for 4/18, 4/19, & 4/20:
- Standard King Room – $189/night + tax – single or double occupancy
- Room with two Double Beds – $179/night + tax
Cutoff date is March 22, 2024. After March 22 these special room rates will not be available.
